FACILITY RENTALS

Alta Vista Gardens is pleased to offer the Garden & the Garden House for rentals.

Garden House Rental Facility Fee Schedule for Meetings

Facility Fee: (Youth or Service Groups) $20.00/hr. (4 hr. min.)

Facility Fee (Private Groups) $50.00/hr. (4 hr. min.)

Facility Fee: (Commercial Groups) $50.00/hr. (4 hr. min.)

Or: $2.00 per person (whichever is greater)

Outdoor Locations

Faciltiy Fee Palapa- $25.00/hour (4 hour minimum)

Faciltiy Fee Palapa (Service Goup) $20.00/hour (4 hour minimum)

Children’s Garden $7.00 per child for School Groups with Educational program requirement

Or: $2.00 per person (whichever is greater)

A minimum $100.00 refundable cleaning deposit will be required for all rentals (indoor or outside)

Liability Insurance (one million dollars) naming Alta Vista Gardens AND the City of Vista as otherwise insured is required for all Garden rentals

Daytime Weddings

Daytime ceremonies are scheduled between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Ceremony 4hours (2 hour rental plus 2 hour setup & takedown) additional hours @ $50.00/hour Up to 100 chairs included

Evening Wedding

Exclusive use of Alta Vista Gardens.
Takes place after the Gardens are closed

Ceremony from 5pm to 7pm (2 hours plus 1 hour setup)

Reception from 5pm-10pm (5 hours plus 2 hours setup)

Saturday $2025
Sunday– Friday $1875

Ceremony and Reception Combined From 5pm-10pm (5 hours plus 2 hours setup)

Saturday $2475
Sunday- Friday $2100

Indoor Reception (Garden House)

Day or evening, scheduled for a four-hour block of time. Up to 100 guests, $750 for Daytime or $940 for evening. More than 100 guests can be accommodated when surrounding patio and lawn area are included.

Note: Chairs are supplied with all wedding rentals

Garden Open Daily 7:00-5:00 Monday-Friday; 10:00- 5:00 on weekends

Admission is $2.00 for non-members; admission is Free with Membership
